On the coldest, darkest days of winter, we decided to dial into people’s passion for all things summer by creating an NSFW (Not Safe For Winter) Hotline.

Summer-starved Americans could call or text (833) HOT-NINE and our sultry operator would talk summer to them by describing all things summer, reminding people they can indulge in summer with Loyal 9 – all winter long.

So, we decided to call out blandness where we see it and encourage people to create moments that are more exciting, more flavorful, more fun with a new brand platform and bold new look.

JURY DUTY

To activate our LESS LESS. MORE MORE. brand platform, we helped New Yorkers squeeze the most out of summer with a pop-up Loyal 9 bar called Jury Duty – allowing summer-lovers to block Jury Duty off in their work cals and carve out less week and more weekend.
